We had the bumper replaced on our old Audi, and it had windshield wipers on the front lights. We didn't want those anymore because it would be more expensive, and we have no trouble washing our own headlights. United Auto Body was very accommodating with that, and so the price came in more reasonably than otherwise. It was my first time using them, and we were very satisfied with what happened. It looks good. They tried to get us a used re-conditioned bumper, but the technician didn't like the way the first one looked so he returned it. Even though it pushed the work back, it was wonderful that he was so fussy for us.

This is my second time using United Auto Body. I have used other body shops and they do not come close to the professionalism that I experience with these guys. And they use a water-based paint for the environment that no one else is using in Issaquah, which shows they care. I would not take my car anywhere else, and if I know anyone who has an accident, I would send them there. The first time I used them was about a year ago after I got sideswiped by a woman on cell phone. The accident took out the right fender, right door, and right rear door on my quad cab Dodge Ram. My insurance company wanted them to just bond and paint the damaged parts, but they convinced the insurance company to get the brand new parts. I am happy with their service and my father feels the same way.

I was at a winery and this big limo backed into me. A woman at the winery told me her husband works at United Auto Body and she gave me their card. United Auto Body gave me an estimate and they were a hundred dollars cheaper than the quote I got from another shop. Ultimately, their estimate was very close to the bill. My wife is pleased and it is her car, so if she is happy, I am happy.
