Cars and Doctors 9/27/2011

I am a big believer that when you find a good mechanic, it is like finding a good doctor. Don't worry about how far you have to go, make sure you get such a big investment in the hands of someone you trust. I prefer to not have to do repairs to my truck, but if I do it is great to know that the Valley Ranch Christian Brothers will take great care of fixing the problems and I can trust their counsel too. The Best In Dallas/Fort Worth 9/26/2011

Christian Brothers (Valley Ranch) is everything an automotive establishment should be: efficient, trustworthy and fair. We actually moved to the other side of the metroplex a few years ago and still bring our vehicles to them exclusively. We also recommend them to all of our friends and family and are always pleased to see how well the business is doing (as many of their customers are no doubt doing the same thing!) Christian Brothers Valley Ranch is with out a doubt the best auto repair & service establishment I have ever experienced in my 48 years of owning cars and having them serviced & repaired! I really can't say enough good things about this establishment. Take you car there for regular scheduled maintenance or any type of major auto repair and you will not be disappointed. DC more

I have had bad experiances in auto service and repair, I look forward to having my car serviced at Christian Brothers, all people working there are so helpful know what they are doing and just great people. Even tho they are always very busy they get you in and out quickly. 5 star rating. more

You want a someone with competent and high standard to repair your vehicle. Someone that is honest and trustworthy with the repairs. Someone that warrants their work. Christian Brothers at Valley Ranch is the place for you. You have to remember that each car repair garage is an independently operated franchise. These guys know what they are doing and they are up front with their customers. No unnecessary work added on here. Nothing beats the recommendation of a knowledgeable friend or acquaintance except your own experience. I have the experience and I recommend this Christian Brothers location as the best place to have a vehicle serviced or repaired. more

Excellent Service 8/1/2011

All staff was kind and took the time to explain everything and keep me posted of the progress. Although I was having a large sevice done, they were able to complete it in one day. I preferred to have more detail on my reciept for my service records for the car and they had a new reciept with all the checks they performed for the 90K check emailed to me very shortly after I requested it. Thank you! more

My experience 7/22/2011

The staff was very friendly and welcoming on my first visit and follow up visit to the Valley View Location. The only complaint that I have is that I am new to the Irving area, so I don't have anyone I can carpool with to work, so I wish that this location could have made an exception to drive me to work, especially seeing how I brought my car in twice within a week span to be worked on. Besides that I love the Christian atmosphere and the comfy couches. They did get me in and out on my first vist, and on my second visit I had to wait for 3 hours instead of being able to have a courtsey drive to work. more

Quick turn around and extra service! 6/30/2011

Using the secure drop box, I dropped an SUV off on Sunday afternoon with a leaky water pump. My son picked it up Monday afternoon! As I was out of town, CB graciously agreed to take it to Valvoline for an oil change as well. Thank you for the flexibility and the OUTSTANDING customer service! Very refreshing in this day and age. I will be back. more

This is as good as it get's. Forget the fact this is car maintenance and put it up there with any consumer experience such as going to a Fine Restaurant. Got the job accomplished without trying to sell me something and provided transportation to and from my residence. Price was better than expected. I'm impressed. Thank You, more
