I have moved 15 times in my lifetime and must say the U Move Free move was my best experience. My relocation specialist, Dawn Albrecht, went above and beyond in helping me find an apartment that would accept my dog. Then Luis and Jaison, my movers, proivided the fastest service I've ever had with big smiles on their faces. Thank you all, I'll recommend you to everyone I know who's moving

These people are a bunch of thieves I moved since Aug I have yet Mary Vanover was my realtor she NEVER met with me personally or followed up with anything I found her too be extremely unprofessional my apartment complex paid her already I can confirm & I have YET to hear from her or her boss whom I have left repeated message for to receive my rebate take it from me this company is a fraud don't believe the hype

I highly recommend using this service if you're planning to move. You would be a fool not to. Dawn Albrecht is a fantastic agent that will get you the best possible and easiest move. I couldn't believe how easy it was to use. Dawn took care of everything and was very persistent keeping my informed. I simply told her where I was looking to live and the same day, she emailed me 3 pages of apartment listings. The only thing that I had to do was list her on the lease application. That's it! The first time I moved, I got a $200 check in the mail. There were no strings attached, which is strange for this day and age. The 2nd time I moved, I got a free move. The movers came, picked up my stuff and dropped it off at my new place. This is a great company to use and Dawn Albrecht is extremely friendly, professional and great at what she does. A. Dawn was very helpful in assisting us with finding a apartment. Our move was scheduled for October 2 from 12-2pm, the movers called after 12 stating they were running behind and they would be there by 12:30, they finally showed up at 3:00pm, our furniture was scratched in the process. I would not recommend the service!

I am glad that I decided to use this service. Dawn was extremely helpful and went out of her way to provide me with the information that I needed in order to find my desired apartment.
