Excellent company, outstanding customer service, has large variety of cabins to choose from. Be cautious of their rating system however, some very nice cabins have had normal everyday things happen and customers have slammed them. Very accurate pictures and descriptions. This company cannot be beat!! We will definitely stay with again!! more

Mountain Rentals of Gatlinburg 6/26/2006

This is a wonderful chalet rental company. The best thing is that they do not have seasonal rates that go up during the peak months. They offer the same great prices all year long. We were able to see only the available cabins during our visit on their website with great pictures of each cabin. We chose the John David and were not disappointed. The cabin was beautiful and very well kept. It had great ammenities for the price. We'll definitely use this company again and recommend it to all our friends and family staying in the area. more

wonderful company 10/23/2005

This house/vacation rental company gets 2 thumbs up from both me and my best friend. We rented a cabin through them for a weekend. Reasonable prices. Wonderful employees -- helpful; full of suggestions of what to see/do while in the area; polite; friendly. Their main office wasn't the easiest to find that was due to winding roads, not due to anything on their part. Employees gave excellent directions to our rental. And our rental was absolutely divine!! Babbling brook ran through the backyard of our 2 floor log cabin rental. Definitely a getaway paradise! more
