I LOVE this store! I am a real animal nut, and there is no animal I love more than my Golden Retriever. This shop carries everything you need to make your dog feel special, from gourmet treats and holistic remedies to aromatherapy products. That may sound a bit silly I know, but I go for the toys! Picture this; a dog toy shoe, patterned after a designer style, and labeled Bark Jacobs, for only $9.99! I was very surprised how reasonable the prices were compared to the large chains. I was disappointed to find the service slip at J4P. I called to order food and the weekend help couldn't help me. I showed up to pick up food just prior to closing and the door was locked. The girl working saw me but pretended she didn't. They carry great products but with the boutique prices should come boutique customer service. And sadly, that's not what we found.
