Pleasant repair 8/20/2015

Adam from Hutchinson repaired out toilet today. He was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently. He called before arriving and was well within the time frame promised. We have used Hutchinson previously and will not hesitate to do so again. We are very satisfied. more

Thorough and helpful 5/12/2014

Wayne was at my house today to diagnose a problem with our air conditioner. He quickly found the problem and took the time to show me and explain to me what causes a problem of this type. He was very accommodating and told me that I had several options regarding the completion of the repair. I was very pleased with his work. more

Plumbing Valve Replacement 12/4/2013

The plumber sent by Hutchinson Plumbing was great! He found the problem right away and gave me an estimated cost before he completed any work. He was friendly, knowledgeable and he cleaned up after he was finished. I would definitely recommend their plumber, Montrell Busbee, in the future. more

Service Feedback for Service Specialist Jeff Soda 11/12/2013

Jeff was very informative,polite & professional.I have had numerous intermittent troubles with my furnace since its installation in 2002.He took the time to recommend corrections to eliminate them.I trully feel he gave me my moneys worth & if I have any more problems I will definitely request him back.Great job Jeff-keep up the good work. more

Damage from leaking condensation line repair 7/11/2013

I had substantial damage to a wall due to a cracked copper condensation line. This existing line was part of new construction and was threaded from one side of the house through the floor joists to drain in the outflow from the laundry area; a very big job and also prone to leaking again once the wall repairs had been made. Ted R. arrived on the morning of July 4th and quickly proposed a more elegant solution; there was a drain pipe for the hot water heater not 4 feet from the condensation pump, why not route the water to this drain instead of threading a new line through the joists? Excellent! Not only did it save me money, but it will prevent the problem from recurring. I'll have the wall and floor repaired now without worry. Ted R. is an astute and talented professional, and I would recommend him to anyone needing expert HVAC or plumbing repairs in their home. more

Joe M.Help me with my central air service after another company basically tried to take me for every penny. Joe was very proffesional answered all my questions,on time for the appointment while saving me alot of money.Joe gave me the best advice on what I should do to fix my problem and other information about my system.If you happen to have Joe as your service specialist then your in great hands as well as Great Service!!! Service call response was quick and most satisfactory 11/17/2012

Hutchinson installed a highly efficient natural gas boiler to replace our older oil boiler for our baseboard hot water heating system. It is a three zone system. When just one of the three zones refused to get warm, we called them and Marcus came the same day to fix the problem. It turned out that there was air in the line that prevented the hot water from circulating. He drained the line, removing the air blockage and explained to me how I could do it myself if this relatively common problem ever arose again. more

Considering the current situation in Sea Isle City, Kevin arrived at a decent hour and worked on both our house and our neighbor's to restore heat. Kevin was thorough, diagnosed the problem quickly, worked efficeintly to correct it and was most professional and pleasant.Due to his outstanding service, we wouldn't hesitate to contact Hutchinson again for any heating or AC issues. more

Seasonal service technician 10/18/2012

Bob R has been my seasonal service tech for several years. He is always on time, clean and courteous. He is familiar with my heater and a/c and knows exactly what needs to be done and recommends additional services that are needed or that I may be interested in. He has also come when I had problem and he reassured me that the problem was resolved. I believe is he trustworthy, knowledgeable and an asset to his company. more
