To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter as a complaint about a new car purchase that I made at Car Pros Kia, in Carson, on Wednesday, July 6, 2011. While I am in my mid-fifties, and this was not my first new car purchase, I feel that I was tricked, coned and manipulated into purchasing a car sooner than I was really ready to. I walked to my car, and she and another sales another sales associate started yelling out figures as I was getting into my car. Finally, I agreed to purchase the car that I test drove earlier.
I felt so rushed about this decision. I would have loved at least a day to think about my choices. While I knew that I wanted a Kia when I actually did
