The Seawed Cafe rocks. I stop often to the little unassuming restaurant on my way to Sea Ranch and I am always charmed by the warm hospitality provided by the owners and their staff. Their food is really creative and I recommend it to any one searching for a treat off the beaten track. It is certainly not made for the meek or the uptight .

This place had to have had possibly the shortest menu I have ever seen at a resteraunt. Everything is fish, except for one burger and one pasta. Wait, there might not have even been a burger...
I had the pasta. It tasted a great deal like pasta roni. No one else I was with enjoyed their meal, in part because the resteraunt was very cold and very very dirty. The waitstaff seems very unhappy and is not professional. I had the urge to walk out at several points throughout the meal - especially when one of the waitstaff started eavesdropping on our conversation. The place is extremely small and is much more like a shack than a resteraunt at all. Not recommended.

This is one of those restaurants we only go to when it's a very special occasion. The food is awesome, but it's totally expensive. Their chef specials are always delicious, if you feel adventurous, go that route. If not, there is the usual clam chowder, crab louis, steak and lobster.
Be sure you pack a coat in to the car, the wind and surf can get pretty chilly.

Tides Wharf & Restaurant has excellent fish and chips and a really good burger. Te service is consistently fast and friendly. They don't have fresh fruit as an option for a side dish but other than that I think they are very good.

The Tides Wharf is a great seafood restaurant. The windows at the back look right out into the water. Their menu items are tasty and moderately priced, and they have very good service! Their calamari is wonderful, and though I'm not an oyster fan...some of my relatives I've taken are and they claim that their oyster appetizers are wonderful.
The atmosphere is well lit and pleasant, very clean and comfortable, even for a large dinner party. The wait could be long on holidays and weekend evenings, but the food and service are well worth the wait. Whether you're winding up a day at the beach, or looking for a place to enjoy an elegant seafood dinner, this is the ticket.

I like Lucas, but their food is expensive, the menu never changes and the place is often too loud to even think in. Better than Tides Wharf by a long shot though. They do have something other than fish, which is nice, and a full bar. Be prepared for their not-so-great service, though. Not a very pictureesque view either - your get to see the bay, but not from a particularly flattering viewpoint and the resteraunt is right on the water, so if you get seasick easily don't sit by the far windows.
