I came to Northside Peds expecting my 2nd child after a horrendous experience with my previous ped. I was welcomed into the practice at the new parent orientation they have in the evenings every month or so. Dr. Zubler was warm and informative. The entire practice has the same demeanor from the front office folks to the nurses, lab techs and doctors themselves. My boys suffer from chronic ear infections and the doctors are always eager to hear my thoughts on what direction to go in - i.e. more anti biotics vs tubes. I don't feel stupid when I ask questions. I enjoy their feedback at well visits and their advice has gotten us thru many illnesses. When my youngest was born early and in the NICU they still checked on me and wanted daily updates from me even though he was under the care of the best Neonatalogists. I recommend these peds to all my friends.
