I have been going to this practice for a number of years. I like that they have Saturday hours. Here is how they exceeded my expectations...somehow I broke the stem(the part that goes from the eyepiece to my ear) on my Vera Bradley frames. I was leaving for the Bahamas and they said that it would not cost me anything since they were still under warranty but it would take a week for the repair. I had older frames, but the prescription was not strong enough. They were kind enough to make arrangements for me to get them AFTER hours and they were perfect, so I had them to take with me on vacation to the Bahamas. Who would do that??? Towne Lake Eye Associates!!!!

I started taking my dog to the vets at Crossroads about 6 months ago. They are wonderful...the front desk staff, the groomers, the vet techs and especially the vets! They make sure to go over all charges before beginning treatment. They give you sveral options as well as explain the reason for each procedure. Their prices are competitve also. Their groomers are fantastic, too!

I really love this office. It is convenient and has the hours that can accomodate a busy schedule. Nights and weekends. I have never had a time that I was not able to get in especially for what I considered an emergency. The staff is friendly and personable and the wait was not too bad. I was a walk-in so I expected to wait a little while ( I was not dissapointed!) I would highly recommend this office to family and friends. In fact, I already do! Oh, it offers a lot of other services that kept me from having to go to the ER (xray) and my HR rep at my office said that it saved me a lot of money and I guess my insurance company as well.
Pros: Wonderful hours and a lot of services under one roof
Cons: Wait time can be a little long because of walk-ins

I realize new patients have to wait longer when getting an appointment....my daughter waited six weeks. The exam was fast and expensive. The total for my daughters exam with the doctor (5 mins), nurse (5 mins) cost $325.00 not covered by insurance. The medication Dr. Arasi prescribed for a 30 day prescription was $235.00 for 30 pills. The topical cream for her face cost $178.00...a big shocker when picking up her prescriptions at the drug store!
The next month she went on a cheaper medication which the doctor's office said it should work just as well. The medication worked for about 2 months and her acne became worse. Called to make another appointment stating her acne "is the the worst it's ever been even being on the medication." The receptionist said it would be 4 1/2 weeks before he can see her again. She said she would refer us to another doctor about 15 miles away that Dr. Abasi is referring all his acne patients to another doctor. I feel this doctor doesn't really care for his patients and the medical staff on the phone attitude gave me a "brush off" attitude. I felt when she had no care or concern in her tone and discarded my daughter as a patient. They left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I felt I was just another number, not a patient and blew me off to another doctor without any regrets.

Children's Dentistry of Woodstcok is very appealing to children the minute they walk through the door. TVs playing a kid's movie, video games and a treehouse makes the wait enjoyable. It's always busy there, but they are very efficient and you won't be waiting long. The staff and dentists are caring and warm and sensitive to those children who might be scared.
Be sure to confirm your appointment the day before...if they don't confirm it, they will cancel your appointment.

This location off of 92 is great and is a Super Target that includes a grocery store & small Starbucks. You can get everything you need here and they have a lot of unique items, like home decor, stationary, baby stuff, etc. Their prices are pretty reasonably priced since their status falls in the middle of Wal-Mart and the mall. The fruit & vegetables and prepared foods are always fresh and the staff has always been helpful and friendly.
Pros: Good Selection, All In One
Cons: Sometimes Pricey

I get a lot of pictures printed at this Eckerds. After shopping at every Eckerd's in the area, we have found this one to be the best as far as getting the picture right. We are professional photographers and when we need pictures right away and can't wait for our lab to ship, we will go to this Eckerds for prints in a hurry.

So I went in just for a consultation - just really to scope the place out and find out what it's all about. I was greeted by a very helpful and cheerful woman who bent over backwards to ensure that I had all of the information (a little too much actually) that I'd ever need about their services. I was very impressed with all that they offered, and I do plan to visit them one day - perhaps a nice Christmas or Mother's Day gift?

I came to Northside Peds expecting my 2nd child after a horrendous experience with my previous ped. I was welcomed into the practice at the new parent orientation they have in the evenings every month or so. Dr. Zubler was warm and informative. The entire practice has the same demeanor from the front office folks to the nurses, lab techs and doctors themselves. My boys suffer from chronic ear infections and the doctors are always eager to hear my thoughts on what direction to go in - i.e. more anti biotics vs tubes. I don't feel stupid when I ask questions. I enjoy their feedback at well visits and their advice has gotten us thru many illnesses. When my youngest was born early and in the NICU they still checked on me and wanted daily updates from me even though he was under the care of the best Neonatalogists. I recommend these peds to all my friends.
