I took a pair of Christian Louboutin pumps in for front soles and heel lifts. The shoes were virtually new - had been worn perhaps 3 times - so this was preventative maintenance. I will give them credit for fast service, since the shoes were ready within a day, but I was very disappointed to see black shoe polish smeared on the beautiful red sole that's characteristic of Louboutins. I figured this was probably an occupational hazard but then the ultimate horror: I wore the shoes today for the first time after picking them up, and the heel lift split the heel of the shoe and broke off. Luckily I had a spare pair of shoes in my car, but essentially a $600 pair of shoes was ruined. I won't be back.
