The staff was very professional 9/19/2011

From the front desk at the entry to the Dentist's Chair, the staff was very professional and did a great job in getting my dental work completed. The financial office was extra helpful in helping me get financed and thoroughly explained my plan of action. Maria, who assisted the Doctor, really made me feel warm and welcome. more

Horrible People skills 7/24/2005

The only reason I had decided to use Castle dental in the first place was because it was in a convenient location to everything. When I first walked in I noticed how unfriendly the front desk staff were. I went ahead though because I didn't have to interact with them for the teeth cleaning. The hygienist was great. The dentist was a jerk. He made totally unprofessional comments and just had a very bad "bedside" manner to him. I will never go back there again. I had to call corporate because I was so appalled at their attitude. more
