You Made It is a ceramic studio that lets you come in, pick your pieces, and paint the pottery. They provide the pottery, glaze, and then fire the piece for you. Once you finish your pieces, they are available in about a week. They make great gifts. You Made It does corporate workshops and provides family activities, such as story time with Dad. It is a great alternative activity and a great filler for a rainy day. Located right across from the Library. more

Family Fun 7/18/2005

I brought my 6-year-old here to make a present for his teacher and we all had a great time. You can make something simple or really advanced depending on your level of skill. There was enough help so that my son could do some of it on his own, but he needed some help from me. The women who was working there did a great job explaining the whole process. I was a little disappointed that it took so long before we could pick it up (7 days) and the price was a little higher than I expected ($25 for a plate). more
