My trees are not in a situation where they need work any time soon, knock on wood. I know about York Tree Service through observing work at friends and neighbors homes. My close friend had work done on their older trees in the back yard and they were thrilled with the outcome and the professional attitude of York Tree Service. I also noted when we had that terrible bit of weather from the result of a hurricane elsewhere, that our neighbors called York Tree Service when they had a lot of tree damage and it wasn't one neighber it was quite a few in our neighborhood. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are very competitively priced for the services provided. They spend a lot of time to answer questions and explain their services. However, we were not prepared for the radical change to our trees after they pruned them back. It would have been nice to have this explained to us before the process began. more

A year ago when we need our old Elm trees serviced, we call upon York Tree Service. They promptly visited us and took stock of our situation. We were in the process of doing some major landscape renovations and needed serious and expert help! They guided us the whole way! They trimmed our trees back severely and while we were horrified at the time, they promised us they would be fine. Well, today our trees are gorgeous and healthy. These are very old and huge trees! We also had a couple of trees removed - they did an excellent job with that, as well as pruning back a few others. Their service was prompt - clean up was excellent and our trees look better than ever and are clearly benefiting from the work!
