Yesterday was the first time i brought my mom to see Dr. Yao. We had an appointment but still need to wait for almost 3 hours. When i tried to ask the front desk that how long we need to wait, they said "You can leave if you don't want to wait!!!". And finally Dr. Yao just used 5 mintues to finish the whole body check for my mom (first time office visit!).
