I couldn't say enough good things about Xochimilco's! My parents used to take me when I was a little girl, I'm in my 20s now and have continued to make it a regular stop whenever I'm in the city! The portions are HUGE (always plenty to take home for lunch the next day), service has always been outstanding, and you simply cannot beat the prices! The environment is fun, sure it could stand to be updated a little bit - but who cares! To be honest, I sort of like that it hasn't changed. I've never had a problem with parking, there is a huge lot right behind, and plenty of parking on the streets within a couple blocks.\r

I recomend Xochimilco's whenever I get the chance. If you are ever near this unique neighborhood in Detroit you should deffinetly check out this local eatery. It's a can't miss of Detroit!\r

Be careful when you leave though, or you might end up in Windsor!
Pros: atmosphere, service, value
Cons: confusing location next to the Ambassador bridge
