Helpful on the phone 10/19/2007

I was looking for a program but was nicely told they are a service store not a retail store. I asked about an internet cafe service in Swampscott and was told there was no longer one here. They offered Panera Bread's name as a place in Vinnin Square with WIFI. So they were at least helpful to someone who wasn't planning on spending money with them. more

Condescending and rude on the phone 12/4/2006

I would avoid working with this guy. I called to ask some questions and he was very condescending on the phone. People who act like that rarely do professional quality work. Avoid. more
