I obligated my 12 month lease expecting to to be month to month with maybe a rent increase. Not only was it raised 60 bucks, but if I wanted to not sign a new lease they were to include a $200 dollar month to month fee. Not a great place, no extras. Communuity is less than standard, I moved. They sold recently, I was told by the manager that they are just experiementing with things. They want more money, bottom line. Don't involve yourself with these people. It will be a 'he said she said' situation. RUN!
