We are very satisfied with the quality and workmanship of the installation of the doors and we have recommended Window and Door Outlet to all our family and friends. I replaced ALL my windows through Window & Door Outlet - they're GREAT! I had previously gotten estimates from both Pella and Andersen, but those prices were way too high, so that's the first reason I went with Window & Door Outlet. Then I fell in love with their product - they had a garden window that Pella didn't offer, and white interiors with brown exteriors, which were better and cheaper than their competitors. We had our windows, siding and gutters replaced by Window & Door Outlet in February 2013. The house looks absolutely amazing! We had all of our windows replaced (10 double hung, 1 picture window and 2 sets of sliders) and they were all completed within 4 hours! I was extremely impressed with the quickness and efficiency of the installation. The siding took approximately 1 week and would have been done sooner had we not experienced some weather delays. We worked with Chuck Reina and I cannot say enough about him. He was absolutely wonderful and really took the time to answer all our questions and was readily available throughout the entire process. He was also here during the morning of the window installation and would stop in during the week the siding was being done. We are extremely pleased with how our home turned out and would highly recommend Window & Door Outlet to anyone! more

We just had our windows replaced in Oct.2011 by Window and Door Outlet. We had 5 casement windows replaced, as well as a double-casement, a bay window, and a 4 lite bow window. All were Ideal brand windows with ESM glass. I cannot tell you how great and effortless our experience was from start to finish. Our salesman was Sam. He was great! He was very professional and knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. He was not pushy at all! It was evident that our satisfaction was most important to him. Manny was the installer. He was great too! He was very meticulous with the installation and clean-up. The overall experience was wonderful. So much so, that after seeing what a beautiful job they did, my next door neighbors had all of their windows and doors replaced by them also!! Definitely recommended!\r more

Everyone who works at the Window and Door Outlet store is wonderful. From the friendly receptionist to the informed salesmen, to the extremely skilled installers. Everyone is highly knowledgeable about the products and services they offer, and willing to accomodate and serve their customers in any way possible. \r \r Window and Door Outlet replaced all of my windows, my sliding patio door, along with my front entry door in my condo in 2012. They worked with the Condo Association to ensure that all of their criteria was met, and the experience couldn't have been more positive. I initially contacted the Window & Door Outlet to purchase windows for my home and met Chuck. He proved to be a knowledgeable salesperson who did not take up a lot of my time. I decided to purchase windows for my entire home and was extremely happy with the installation and quality of the windows. They were very neat and clean during the installation. This was an important issue for me, which is why I contacted them again. \r \r About a year later, I contacted Window & Door, this time for new doors. Again, they provided outstanding service and product.
