Wholesale inc was great until I walked out the door. I spent 28k for a car with them only to notice the tire pressure light was lit before I even got out of the parking lot. I parked the car, told the sales person and he told me to take it and have air put in it. That should have been the first red flag. After having put air in the tire, it continued to go down in pressure after a few days. I called multiple times about it, to which the sales person told me to bring it out. I live a good distance away so they had me take it to a local tire place to have it looked at. They told me to have the tire dealership call them and they would take care of it for me. The tire dealership called the service manager at Wholesale inc who refused to do anything to take care of my problem. I have called multiple times to try and speak to the Service Manager, but he refuses to take my call. It baffles me how a business would refuse to help me with a tire that costs $185.00 when they sold me a car for $28k. It amazes me that they would throw away all referrals to their business for measly $185.00. Can I afford the tire? Sure, but the point is, they sent me out of there with a tire that had a nail in it and they refused to make good on it. They promised me they would take care of it and then backed out. I will never go back, nor will I refer to anyone. Again, the sales expereince was good, but the service is very much lacking. I am very big on customer service. Give me good service and I will shout it from the top of the mountain. Give me bad, I will do the same.
