Westcott House

The service is really bad - the phone girls are usually pretty rude (bad attitudes and talking to co-workers while you are ordering) but we order from there all the time since the food is pretty good - but we are never going to order from there again.\r \r The last time we ordered the girl thought we ordered a small fry when I asked for a small extra cheese pizza. They also forgot the side of oil and vinegar I asked for .When I called she said ""So you didnt want a small fry?"" and I said no and she said ""Fine but you have to pay the difference."" I said ok thats fine whatever.\r \r Then some other girl got on the phone and started giving me a bunch of crap about how the side of oil and vinegar was in the bag and even though I stated nicley a few times that I couldnt find it she continued to give me an attitude about how she did it already and we didnt need another one.\r \r I asked to speak with the manager and let him know that I didnt appreciate being given an attitude and being yelled at by his employees and he said ""I didnt hear any yelling."" So I said thats fine - but why do I need to be given an attitude and argued with when I am just asking for mistakes to be fixed. \r \r I suggested that I shouldnt have to pay the $5 difference for the pizza for all my trouble of having to wait longer and being treated like crap by the staff and the manager argued that as well. \r \r He thought that since they were honest mistakes I should have to pay the difference. I said that I was willing to pay it when it was an honest mistake but not when I am argued with and given an attitude like its my fault.\r \r In the end he said ""I will do it but I will honestly tell you that I dont think I should have to - and our delivery time is 30 minutes. I will try to get it out faster than that but I dont know.""\r \r I ended up calling back 5 minutes later because I realized that I didnt want to eat food from people that I cant trust - who knows what they are going to do to it. And I will never put up with that service ever again. more

Delivery was fast! Food was great! Thanks for making the pasta exactly how I wanted it! Will do business again! more

Wescott House of Pizza is by far the best pizza I have ever had. The delivery service is surpassed by none. I highly recommend the pizza, antipasto, wings, everything. more
