When I went 2 years ago, I was in the process of losing my daughter's baby fat. I had lost it plus losing my 1st baby's fat too. LOL. I (jokingly!) got kicked out of WW because I found out I was pregnant with baby #3.
I lost over 17 lbs. felt great, ate great & learned HEALTHY portion control, HEALTHier food substitutes and how to help myself feel better!
I am planning on going back again to loose baby #3's baby fat. I want to be healthy, look great, & feel sexy.
You can attend one meeting for FREE! Check out their website to find local meetings, dates & times. Some locations offer different themed days for certain age groups, mommies or "express meetings" that go over lunch break. At the end of your first meeting, if you decide to join, the leader will talk to you & give you an intro to WW. There are usually different leaders at different days. If you don't like one leader, perhaps you could find another day/time to find a new one.

Did I mention there is NO FOOD FOR YOU TO BUY? You can try either one of their eating plans- structured or non-structured. It's fun, enjoyable & you're not left eating only meat or someother extreme food restriction. It's fun, it's a positive step in the right direction!
