Wal-Mart SuperCenter

I usually shop late at night, between midnight and 4 AM. Walmart has been re-arranging the store, and doing construction, and closing parts of it off, and even though it has been a nuisance, I have dealt with it because their prices are very good, and I can get things cheaper than at other stores. The customer service is lousy - it took 5 minutes for someone to come up to the counter and ask what we needed, and then another couple minutes while she ran off to chat with another worker, before "helping" us. There aren't enough lines open, when its time to check out, and the self check out lanes are almost always closed, or out of service. The experiences there aren't pleasant, but I guess I would rather deal with that, and save money, than to pay a lot more else where. more

Yes I know they have to clean. But They need training on how not to Tail right behind you with with a buffer. UGH So annoying. Boxes are always in the way, at times I don't bother. There are always things in the isles so you can't get to what you need to. Its almost worth going somewhere else! more
