The staff is friendly and W T did something you don't normally see. They got my repair done on-time and for a fraction of what the dealership wanted. Based on my first time goin...

Worst

I shopped around to fix my door that had been bent forward towards the hood. The door was almost ripped off the hinges and wouldn't open or close.

The staff is friendly and W T did something you don't normally see. They got my repair done on-time and for a fraction of what the dealership wanted. Based on my first time going here, I would definitely go again if I have the need for a service repair. If your in Woodstock, this is the place to go for vehicle repairs. more

I have not only received outstanding customer service from WT but great repair work as well! WT employees are very nice and no matter what you bring to them they have a solution for you at an extremely low price. I met Chris Smith four years ago when he began servicing my company vehicle and continue to give him all the work on my personal vehicle. Each time I have visited WT Standard, he has always been ready to start the work when I get there at my appointment time and normally has it finished right on time or before. The most important thing is that the work is done correctly the first time. I have never had to return because things were not working properly after the repair. For those of you in an industry that relies on the best in customer service wil not be disappointed when you take your car to Chris and his staff. To sum it up, the work is ""dealership quality"" without the ""dealership price"" or ""dealership pressure"" to purchase service that is not required. Communication is always clear and they definitely care about how I feel regarding the experience. A class act! more

Awesome Service and Honest Work 6/23/2011

I have been coming to W.T. Standard in Woodstock since '96/'97, even when I moved a couple counties away. They treat you like a valued customer and are experienced in all manner of vehicles, as they have worked on everything I have owned over the last 15 years, from a sports car to a minivan, both foreign and domestic. If you live in North Atlanta, I would be hard pressed not to recommend them. The one or two times I have gone somewhere else for the ""convenience"" factor, I have regretted it. Now, I go nowhere else. more

Honest and Trustworthy 6/2/2011

Our company takes our fleet vehicles for all repairs to WT, because we trust them, and they perform great service. Not only do we take our fleet vehicles, but I also take my personal vehicles there. We recently had a situation with my wifes car at a different service station. My wife stopped by for an oil change, a leak was noticed, and they wanted $400, I immediately called Chris at W.T. Standard, they saved us $300. These guys at W.T. Standard are what you're looking for in trustworthy mechanics. more

We highly recommend W.T. Standard Automotive. After going to the Dealership with an on going problem we were referred to them by a friend. They found the problem immediately. My company's fleet vehicles have been serviced at the Norcross location for years, and I recently had the pleasure of having my personal vehicle serviced with them as well. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, the prices are great, and they even pick my car up for repairs and drop it back off! Wonderful 5/10/2011

I must say this is by far the nicest and most honest car repair center I have ever been to. The customer service was outstanding. I will now only go to this repair shop for all my car needs. I know that I had problems with my car, but I did not know what all needed to be fixed. They were able to explain in detail what all needed to be done and why. The employees were very informative and easy to talk to. I have referred many of my friends and family over to this shop. Thank you for making it worth my time and money. I appreciate you all! more

Great Company 5/5/2011

I started using them for my automotive repairs about a year and a half ago and would recommend them to everyone! They are always very honest with me on what the problem is with my car and try and get me the best price on all my needed repairs. They are some of the best mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of working with and very reasonable. They always take the time to check things out and explain to me what is needed and what isn't. Above and Beyond Service 5/1/2011

I have used W.T. Standard for many years for my personal vehicle. One day when I was leaving my office, my car wouldn't start. I called the shop and was told it sounded like the battery instead of a starter issue. I asked if they could come to jump it off but all drivers were busy. They made calls and found one of the drivers was actually in the office park where I was and I was on my way in minutes. I stopped by the shop on the way home for them to check the battery and was told I needed a new one. This was 5:50 p.m. and they closed at 6 so I just knew I would be without my car for a day but they were able to get a battery (foreign car) and get it installed just a little beyond their normal closing. They are the best and this is normal for them. more

I have used WT Standard to service and repair my company and personal verhicles for many years. Their technichains have earned my respect and trust (most of which I know by their first names). I have found their honesty and integrity to be beyond reproach. Their accounting department is very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Everyone at WT Standard seems to go above and beyond. As a small company I can not afford to waste time or money. WT Standard saves me both. more

The staff of WT Standard automotive is certainly knowledgeable and experienced, the provide the best quality to make sure you are safe and satisfied with your fleet repair/service. It is remarkable how many trucks they are able to handle, and that they are sure to provide the same quality inspection, service, and repair to all your trucks!! WT Standard also know how to do fantastic service for your personal vehicles as well. They insure quality service and parts and customer service to make sure you are safe and sound on the road! Great Company 1/20/2010

I had great service from not only the Woodstock location, but from the other 2 as well (Atlanta and Norcross). They specialize in fleet repair, both mechanical and collision. They also take care of my personal vehicles. Anybody that thinks their price is too high doesn't understand the VALUE of getting your car or truck fixed right the first time, as opposed to endless and costly ""guess"" repairs. The only complaint I would have would be that there aren't enough locations. Pros: Service and Quality more

Be WEIRYof this place!!! 2/12/2009

WT Standard quoted us a price over the phone and we agreed to let them fix our car even though we had another place 45 minutes away $80 cheaper . We live near this WT Standard so we decided to let them fix it due to convenience. When we picked up our car they charged us $83 more and the price that was quoted to us by the General Manager of this store . This came to a total of $155 more than another service shop only 45 minutes away. The GM was unwilling to work with us and told us he had misquoted us on the phone and pretty much too bad. I will never take a vehicle in our family here again convient or not its not worth $155 than what they originally quoted. Pros: Location Cons: Quote one thing but charge something much higher more
