Vista Abstract 4/20/2009

I've had several business dealings with Vista Abstract in the past. The principal of the business conducted our closings personally, not just a remote closer who was just there to witness our signings. As soon as business picks up, I'll be using them again. To often today we get service that is ineffiecient, people are not pleasant to deal with and things are not done in a timely manner. None of the above apply to Vista Abstract. Quite the contrary, the people were pleasant and friendly, the work was completed in a timely manner and everything was correct. My next Real Estate transaction goes to Vista Abstract. Incredible Title Service 4/20/2009

We had an extremely difficult refinace to do because the title on our property was very complicated. Mostly due to a bank that failed to remove a lien after they were paid off. A gentleman by the name of Matt not only cleared up the title after gathering the required documentation, but then came to our house and did the settlement in our living room. We will be re-financing again and are trying to get our new lender to use them. Pros: Very fast professional and creative service Cons: Have to convince your lender to use them more

One of the best title agencies around! 4/20/2009

Vista is excellent at communicating new title orders with customers and getting the job ""done."" Unless there is some problem with the actual property, I am certain the deal is clean, thorough, and fast. I especially like how easy and smooth each settlement is and that closing can happen at my office or anywhere in the city. I worked at Vista Abstract for quite some time. It was a wonderful place to work. Clients of Vista felt the same way. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and kind. Compared to other title companies, Vista Abstract is efficient and easy. They are always available for settlements and work around their client?s schedules! Great Service 4/20/2009

I've dealt with Vista on several closings and every time has been smooth. They are great at explaining the details of contracts which is extremely important to people buying there 1st house or as a refresher. They saved me nearly $10K on knowledge of a transfer law.
