Do not, under any circumstances rent from them. I have been a customer for over ten years, and recently was told that they were updating their system and would no longer be able to rent to me because I did not have a credit card on file. So I either have to put a credit card on file or $50. $50! If I had $50 I would buy the movie. The reason I rented from Village Video in the first place was because they did not require a credit card to be placed on file. Now half-way through the game they change the rules. I will from this day on out tell everyone I know about my loyalty to village video and their disloyalty to me.\r
