I've been eating at the Victory since 1964. Quite a few changes have taken place there, the menu, signage and decor have been improved as well as a recent ownership change. The new owner is committed to keeping the restaurant a nice, clean, well-lit family place where you will always feel comfortable and welcome. The service has always been very good and the food, while not necessarily gourmet, is classic American fare, always prepared fresh. Chicken and waffles, the ""old stand-by"" for me, still taste the way they did in '64. Steaks, burgers, broiled seafood and meatloaf are some of my favorites. If you live in or are visiting York or Adams counties in PA or Carroll county, MD, make it a point to have at least one meal, breakfast, lunch or dinner at the Victory.
Pros: Easy to find, plenty of parking, daily specials.
