Everything was perfect except that the store was a little slow in letting me know that they couldn’t supply the second item I that I had ordered. I would definitely shop at Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center again. more

The product price and the shipping price were significantly lower than the nearest competitor. The online purchase was easy, and was followed by immediate email verification. A short time later, tracking information was sent by email. The product arrived in good condition, very well packaged, in five days total (greater LA area). A very satisfactory purchase. more

Friendly customer service 4/6/2011

I have recommended Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center to anyone I know in the market for an appliance. I had a disappointing experience with the last large internet purchase I made and was weary to do so again, but I could not get the specific model appliance I needed from Sears, Lowes, or even Best Buy. They all told me that the item was backordered and did not know when one would be delivered. The missing appliance was holding up construction on my kitchen and I took a chance on a retailer Id never heard of before, Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center. The price was half what I’d been prepared to pay elsewhere, we were able to call and talk to a friendly customer service rep about what they had available to ship and when we might expect it, and the item was delivered in half the time we expected to wait. more

I do not usually purchase items online, but I shopped around locally and could not find a better price. I purchased my appliance with ease and confidence from Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center. The appliance arrived on time and in excellent shape. What more can I say? Thanks!!! more

Excellent shipping 3/4/2011

I was hesitant to order a kitchen range long-distance online, but Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center was great to work with. I emailed them some questions, and they responded quickly. They provided excellent shipping and tracking information, and my new Premier range arrived in perfect condition. The customer service people seem very accessible and responsive, and that makes all the difference in the world when shopping online. more

Excellent web site, easy to navigate, prices better than most and quality shipping service (FedEx) at a more-than-reasonable cost. A bit of a delay in shipping, but a call to customer service produced a reasonable cause - waiting for a shipment. Shipped only a few days after their normal shipping "window". I'd use Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center again. more

good shipping prices 1/21/2011

Flawless experience. Timely delivery by ground freight. Wasnt clear that product would be delivered by ground freight--I selected UPS, but I guess the size (not weight) required ground freight... Cheaper than buying from product manufacturer, but prices in line with other retailers. And with good shipping prices and no tax it was a better deal than a local supplier. more

Highly Recommend 1/7/2011

I am so please with my purchase! This was a great experience from ordering ease on-line - to shipment. Our stove was finally installed yesterday and not only is it beautiful in our kitchen - it was $500 less than if I had purchased it here in town and shipping was only $150. I would highly recommend using Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center to anyone who is thinking of upgrading an appliance in their home. more

I highly recommend 12/22/2010

I searched everywhere in my area for this range hood. I was delighted to find it at universal, and for almost 100 dollars less than any store in NJ. Their communication was excellent, and my hood arrived faster than Id expected. I highly recommend this merchant. more

I will def purchase from again 12/8/2010

The experience was wonderful. The price of the item I purchased was several hundred dollars less than any retailer in town. The delivery time was listed on the website as 1-2 weeks, but actually arrived within 3 days of the order confirmation. Wonderful turnaround time! I will definitely keep this vendor in mind for my next appliance purchase more
