This company was a bit on the expensive side, but I think it was worth it. They have an unconditional, transferable guarantee that what they fix will not leak again. It is good to have a transferable guarantee if you have to sell your house. The employees were nice. They kept to their appointment time slot. They cleaned up their mess and worked around my nosy dog. We have recommended this company to friends.
