The associates are always really nice and friendly. I always get speedy service when I have to go in or use the drive through. I have a problem with the fact that they return checks even when there is money in the account. They've done this to me on average of twice a month when I write checks. I had to stop writing checks because of them returning them. I actually had to go and pay triple the amount of the check and attend a money management class because of them.
