Tucanos Brazilian Grill

I have been to this restaurant on several occassions and the food has never disappointed me. It is fairly expensive but with all the food you get and the quality of the food it is well worth the price you pay! more

This is a fun place to take family and friends and enjoy some traditional Brazilian BBQ. I suggest going for lunch and ordering the buffet option. It costs a lot less to eat lunch than dinner there. You still get to eat most of the more popular kinds of meat that they will bring around to you on big skewers and slice onto your plate. Dinner mostly offers some of the more exotic meat options and there’s a bigger variety. Also be sure to get some of the grilled pineapple (it’ll be one of the options coming around to your table on a skewer). The buffet provides a variety of traditional Brazilian foods, but also has some Americanized offerings for the picky eaters in your group. The desserts look tantalizing, but we typically never have room to eat any by the time we get to that course. Try the guarana soda for a traditional drink (it tastes like cream soda with a twist) or have a Brazilian lemonade (really limeade) – both are yummy. more

While the salad-vegi-fruit bar is impressive, it is the meat that appears to be the reason that most people go to Tacano's. The reasons seem simply; there is a huge variety, a lot of it and it is tasty. Others have commented on the way it is served....and served...and served, so I will not repeat. My youngest son is a big strapping young man and even he can get his fill at Tucano's. I don't visit Provo/Orem very much any more, but unless it has changed recently, Tucano's is the place to go in this area for meat. more

Tucanos is a great brazilian restaurant with all you can eat everything. The experience is really neat there. Servers bring you the meat and they ask if you want it or not. Its a really cool place. You feel sorry for eating so much, but its so good you can't stop! As with most of my favorite businesses, there are deals to be had. Before your next birthday, sign up on their website (http://www.tucanos.com/) for the birthday club and you'll get a birthday card for a free dinner (with purchase of another dinner). My only reservation with going there very often is that its fairly expensive. We went last week and used my birthday card and it was still $22. If you haven't been, be sure to go. If you want a great Brazilian buffet with all the meat you can eat, Tucano's is the place to go. To start off, you can get all sorts of salads from the salad bar. They offer some rarer items such as quail eggs. The meats are tasty. They have turkey wrapped in bacon, sirloin, pork, sausage, and their roasted pineapple is absolutely tasty. They can get quite crowded for dinner, so you may want to make a reservation or arrive early. more

This place is a wonderful place to eat! They have lots of wonderful meats and a huge salad bar. They specialize in their meats and breads that are brought around for you. They have a little wood thing on the table that tells the waiters when to bring meats.You flip it over when you want meat (green) and flip it to red to tell them to stop. The grilled pineapple is my absolute favorite. Get the full curasso and you get all the meat and salad bar you can eat. more

This is a fun and tasty place to visit. You are seated at your table. A basket of different breads is brought to you. You are free to visit the buffets, which are full of all kinds of Brazilian delights. From beans to salads and more, you can find something for everyone here. The best part is the meat - waiters walk around from table to table with a long sword threaded through meats, vegetables, and grilled pineapple. You are given wooden markers to indicate if you want the waiters to bring meat to your table. They will keep coming as long as you like...
