Best Salon in Worcester! 2/11/2012

After going to many salon's where ive gotten a horrible hair cut I decided to go to Tu Moda. I had been there before for a facial and it was amazing. My stylist Gloria does exactly what I ask for, and gives her opinion when asked. The atmosphere in this salon and spa is beautiful and I am instantly relaxed when I walk in. I highly recommend trying the aveda tea. I will never go elsewhere for a haircut! more

Fantastic facial! 2/5/2012

I have had many a facial - I'm a facial junky. I have had them in Baden Baden, at resort spas, and in major cities. My facial with Liz at Tu Moda was literally the best I've ever had. She seemed to read my skin and know exactly what it could take and what it couldn't. Beside just the facial her great attitude, amazing hands, and the added lower leg and arm massages led to a great experience. The facilities were very calming and clean. They price for this service was astonishingly low and I will definitely be back! more

Wonderfully relaxing experience 2/5/2012

Everyone is very kind and helpful. My massage was fantastic and I would recommend Tu Moda to everyone. They have two steam showers with complimentary everything for your convenience. So if you have plans afterwards you are all set. I also love the serene atmosphere and Aveda products they sell. more

Never disappointed!! 2/4/2012

Angel is the best!! He always takes his time and I am never disappointed with my haircuts, color. Liz does my brows and she takes time to explain skin products that are the best for my skin type. Both Angel and Liz are the most professional and caring people I have ever had the opportunity to deal with. more

Beautiful Place, Staff Needs Work 2/3/2012

I love my hairdressers, Ruth, who does great color, and Alex who does the best curls ever -- but the front office staff is hit or miss, and more often for me-- miss. I had one experience where she literally argued with me in front of clients as to whether I was eligible for a discount for a last minute service. Eligible or not, it's just the wrong way to be, and I felt really irritated -- which I have never experienced at a SPA before (and I go frequently). Some of the services are great, but I am looking to try out the other salons to see if they have better front staff because I want to feel happier when I walk in. more

Average Hair,Average Color 2/2/2012

1. This was my first time with this stylist.She was plesent but did not introduce herself to me once. 2. My color was partial and I was charged for full color. 3. My wax representative was very good..She remembered me right away. Made me feel at home. 4. High prices average cut. 5. Best part of the experience::: Aveda products. more

I love Gloria she is such a great stylist! I came in wanting a change form what I had. When I asked her opinion se gave me excellent feedback and cut my hair exactly the way I wanted! It was a very pleasant experience! more

massage 2/1/2012

Just had a massage today, with Erica. She did a fantastic job, very professional, asked me only a few questions regarding pressure, etc. Entering the spa was very nice, calm and soothing. We arrived right at our treatment time, so we were rushed quite a bit in to the treatment room. Had a nice foot wash first, then massage. Reception desk girl was on the rude to unfriendly side, no smiles, took our payments, told us how to tip, and that was it. Not friendly at all. Same with arrival, front desk seemed pre-occupied, on the phone, looking up appointments, took awhile to get to us. Overall great massage, will go back again soon more

Spa services at TuModa 1/31/2012

I received a massage, pedi/mani and waxing. Individually all services were fine but lacked the spa feel when I needed to go back to the waiting area in between each service. more

Excellent Facial experience 1/28/2012

This past week I enjoyed an amazing facial; I am pretty sure it was the best one ever! Following the facial, I was offered a refreshing glass of water, just the right temperature...not too cold, with a hint of orange flavor that hit the spot. Before leaving, Eilene took time to explain some anti-aging products that I purchased and love using. My relaxing facial made my whole day and I am already looking forward to a return visit. more

Deep Tissue Massage 1/26/2012

I felt that Michelle was very knowledgeable when talking about my specific muscle issues. The massage itself was awesome. Great experience, would recommend to anyone wanting a deep tissue massage. more
