I went in to Titan Tile not knowing what to do and Donna and Sofia helped me all the way! My bathroom came out magnificent! I went cruising around to other tile stores and I didn't get any help. Finally my friend told me to go here and she was right. NO REGRETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Purchased tile to remodel my bathroom came up short called to order additional tile and decorative border because they did not like my attitude they said they had a big sale and could not help me.They were totally sold out of stock which is funny considering they were special ordered when I purchased them. They do not like when you call them out on their lies. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN THEY SAY ONE THING AND DO ANOTHER more

I was lost creating a back-splash to bring together my counter top and cabinets. Donna was extremely helpful and creative. I never felt rushed, she was unbelievably attentive. I recommend this store without hesitation. more

This is the place to come if you want professional service in designing your home tile work. The salespeople there are very good and friendly. I love my guest bath and my kitchen backsplash and counter. Thanks Donna and all the staff. I will be back when we do other areas of our home!! more

Have been going to this store for a few weeks picking out tile. They helped me the whole way through and their installers did an amazing job with the work! Would highly recommend this store the selection is just great and the people are so nice. Will be going back for my next bathroom soon! =))) more

I went to this store and found a tile I liked, on my own. Bought the tile and was told it would be 6 weeks until my tile came in. Not a problem. When 8 weeks passed I called to see what was going on and I heard nothing... Then I called again, and again. Finally I went into the store to find out about my order and was told the owner went to lunch and would call me when she had a chance. Really??? They just ignore there messages? Then when she finally called me she screamed at my husband saying she didnt need our business,and that I was rude and told me to go F myself!! Don't think I was asking much, I paid for the tile and wanted it. Might I add it was 10 weeks later. All I asked for was a follow up call and I was told to go F myself.... Does that sound like someone you want to do business with. Horrible people!!! more

They are the rudest most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with I guess being located in Marlboro the rudest town in NJ it's an acceptable practice. so many other place with better selections, better hours and better prices .Why bother ? more

i walked into store today with my baby, needless to say she was all over the store as i was looking so between me looking and following my baby everywhere i was being helped by a man he seemed to be nice until his cell phone rang and said he had to leave as he was helping me and pawning me off to a lady to help me get some pricing, as she stood their and announced across the store that is a very expensive tile, making it seem like to expensive for me to purchase, you should never judge a book by its cover bc i just ordered floor tile off an internet site that costs me 5680.00. i am direct buy membe, he asked me if i liked it i told him but i told him i do business with whoever helps, price, and customer service, i dont buy everything through direct buy, so as he left the lady was already helping someone and walked by me and told me she would help me shortly, needless to say my daughter was very on the go and i followed her chasing her around the store, shorty after another man walked in went up to the counter and the woman began to help him meanwhile another employee just stood behind the desk lighting candles, right then and there i walked out and said forget the sale here. the reason i went to their store was to walk out if there buying tile since mine was discontinued through db, not my loss theirs, i just got done placing an internet order to for tile that was in this store and they just missed a sale of a few thousand dollars. so hopefully the managers/owners whoever gets to see this and they learn a lesson never judge, or assume you know what the customer is going to do!!!! i specifically came there to buy and get the last thing i needed for my project so i wouldnt have to continue looking and driving myself crazy. more

I have been to many tile stores in Monmouth county and can definitely say that this store is one of the most beautiful and organized. Their tile selection is wonderful and this is where I made my final purchase. The staff is very experienced at what they do and I would recommend this store to a friend. more

I was having such a hard time picking out tiles for my backsplash, I went to Titan Tile and was greeted by a smiling salesman Anthony, he approached us and helped us picked out my tile and took the time to draw out the design. We decided to use it and it came out beautiful. more

I am very surprised to read the last review.My experience was the complete opposite! Titn tile installed 3 bathrooms for us with tile we purchased from them and the entire experience was positive! The staff was extremely professional and capable and pricing was better than competitive.That's why I came to this site to review. I would recommend them to anyone starting a new tile project. You won't be disappointed. more

My wife went there not knowing what she wanted and Donna helped her so much. They are very good and helpful. My kitchen came great and we are so happy. Would recommend them highly. more

Alll I can say is that I was shocked at the owner's wife who runs the store. She was very obnoxious. I was surprised as you would think they would treat customers better than that. How do they expect people to want to do business with them? more

When plunking down that kind of money, I want to at least enjoy the experience. The staff is HORRIFIC at customer service. Go to Fuda Tile on Route 9-had a great experience there and loved giving them business for 2 baths and a kitchen. more

This store is beautiful and unique...the selections are excellent and the service is so personal...I had no clue what I wanted and they helped me figure it out. Great atmosphere...even the candles are a great touch! more
