Their flexibility in working around my schedule for pick-up was focused on the needs of the customer. Excellent work 10/29/2011

He told me how much, how long it would take and the parts he would use which were upgrades and installed a shift kit.This car has never performed this good To the tech that did this job THANKS AND GOOD JOB!! 71 OLDS more

AAA rating - The best! 8/8/2011

I have a 98 5.9L Grand Cherokee with 180K miles that is in pristine condition. Needless to say, it has been well maintained and is a special vehicle. Tim was very thorough with the rebuild and even performed a followup check after it needed a little tweaking. It is rare you find a shop like this with the knowledge and excellent customer service that makes you want to return and recommend them to your friends. more

Honest... Honest... Honest 9/24/2010

My 1996 Ford Escort... a new purchase for me from a used car lot... checked out just fine! No issues. In fact, these guys said they could pull it apart, rebuild the transmission, and it would run the same way--- it is nice to have found someone that I can trust. I would recommend them to my mother! and my grandmother! more

Excellent Service, Excellent People 4/12/2010

I was referred to Tim Moye by a transmission distributor and I couldn't have asked for a better shop to work on my truck. They rebuilt the transmission in my dodge 2500 diesel with the high end parts I had specified and had it done in 5 days, not a bad turnaround. Pros: Easy to deal with more

this company is very efficiant, friendly and i would take any vehicle to them. They stand behind their work and do everything they can to explain to you so you will KNOW you are not being taken for a fool . I have had work done by them and i am very happy and would return with other vehicles if ever needed. Pros: Stands behind their work more

Outstanding Company 11/30/2009

If you are lucky enough to stumble upon this company, DO NOT LOOK ANY FURTHER. I did not actually have any work done on my vehicle here, but when I walked into the front of the shop I witnessed Tim Jr. telling a customer what he had done to help him save money. From what I heard of the conversation he saved HUNDREDS. As for me I went in with what I thought was Tranny problems. Tim Jr. drove my truck to see what I was talking about. When he returned, He explained to me that the tranny was working fine and referred me to a mechanic ALL FREE OF CHARGE. Pros: Do everything they can to help you save $$ Cons: No website. Hard to find. more

Excellent! 6/18/2009

I have a Dodge 2500 my transmission went out after having another shop rebuild it 2 times I was referred here. I have since had NO further issues! They have worked on 3 other buddies trucks .. and the same outcome! AWESOME! Traditional Southern values, Jr. and Sr. , and Ms. Cindy is wonderful - I could not recommend them any higher! God Bless! Trusted people that do the job right and treat you right!!! 12/11/2007

I have taken different cars to these guys for a long time. They always do the work right and treat you right in the end. They are trustworthy and are always straightforward with you. Guys like this are hard to find in the auto repair company. I would recomend these guys to anybody in need of transmission work done the right way the first time with no questions asked. Pros: quality work, customer service, trusted, clean, family owned. Cons: your car is already broke. more
