I went to Thornwood Wines looking for Coffee Patron. This item normally sells for about $35-$40 dollars in most places. I even went all the way to Yonkers looking for it. After all other attempts failed I went to Thronwood Where I Was able to find exactly what I was looking for for a much lower price. more

Thornwood Wines - The best around 6/12/2007

Thornwood Wines is not only one of the classiest stores in the neighborhood they have an excellent selection of wines and liquors at the most reasonable prices around. Thornwood has the most knowledgeable and friendly employees and the shelves are always stocked with a large selection. One of my personal favorites is the enormous vodka section. All in all if you name it they have it. Thornwood Wines is a clean, bright, and friendly store where you are almost guaranteed to find what you are looking for. My advice is drop by and give it a shot for yourself. more

Good service and selection 8/5/2005

Thornwood wines and Spirits has a very nice selection of wines. The staff is very knowledgeable, and if you tell them what you're looking for, they can generally point you in the right direction. The hours of operation are convenient, and parking is plentiful. The store is clean and bright, and always well stocked. Their prices are pretty reasonable as well. more
