I was just in the office on the 5th and everyone was very friendly (as usual). I am very grateful to have such a great dental office to go to and I can't wait to see my daughter's teeth straighten out. more

I feel taken 9/14/2011

I have been going to her since at least 2005. My last visit, even though I requested her and waited till she was back from vacation, I was still practiced on by Dr. Kim for 2 crowns. I suspect they used permanant glue for the temporarys, when I returned for the permanent crowns, it took 3.5 hours and they had to break the temporaries up into pieces to get them off. It was painful and scary. I felt I needed a second opinion and got x rays elsewhere, and a deep cleaning. the doctor there said it looked like they hadnt been cleaned in years (it was 3 months!). I called to ask for a refund of some sort, her ofice lady Hanna called back and basically said no. Beware! Its all about the money! more

Great place 2/9/2010

I saw the previous negative post to this Dental office, so I thought I'ld give a quick review since you cant just go off one person. The staff is very friendly and so is the Doc. She's very nice and I have never had any problems there the 5 years I've been attending. Acouple of times there has been a wait, but its no longer than any other office I've been to. They have videos playing in the lobby. Have no overall complaints at all. Pros: Friendly staff Cons: Sometimes wait more

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! BEWARE!!? 10/8/2009

She filled six cavities for me which less then three months later have to be root canals (all six)!!!! And she admits she messed up but will not fix them! Please do not make yourself or loved ones have caps all over their mouth because she does not fill cavities correctly!My insurance company looked over the xrays and agree she did it incorrectly and they are going to help me pay the $4500.00 to get the six root canals, which if they were fillings it would only cost $600.00 and my mouth would not be full of caps! Pros: NONE! Cons: She does not do her job correctly. more
