In November of 2014 a punk stole my wedding ring, and wonderful Thompsons in Saint cloud bought it of him and low and behold 13 days later they melted down according to the investigator. There needs to be tighter ristrictions on Pawn shops, like a photo of the item and the name, which I have, the exact day was Nov 29 2014. No evidence no prosecution. By the way I had to pay payments on our rings to get married 36 years ago. Thanks a lot Thompsons. Think twice before shopping there. more

I will only go here to sell my gold. 8/10/2012

I went in to Thompson Jewelers to sell my gold. They were so helpful and nice and they made me feel very comfortable. They checked everything out and gave me a very good price. Since I heard them on WTLN I got 10% more which made it more appealing. I left with some extra money in my pocket and a good experience. I will be back probably to purchase something. I highly recommend Thompson Jewelers. more

False advertising 5/3/2012

They do not pay the highest price, when you go sell your jewelry to them. It's a lie. I went twice to sell some jewelry and the price they gave me was an insult. I went over to Kissimmee and they gave me 4 times, what they offered me. I mention it to them and they told me that they could not even match the offer. So please don't be fooled by their false radio ads more

I got a great deal on earings 10/14/2005

When the Kissimmee location was closing they sold me a pair of diamond earrings for 40 % off. It was a great deal. They never acted like I was a second class shopper though. They were very nice and kind with me and my very young daughter. I wouldn't hesitate to see them again and use their services. The new location is in a much nicer area. There is plenty of parking available. If you need jewelery in the Kissimmee or Saint Cloud areas check them out first before going to the mall. more
