The location is nice, and it has an enjoyable small-business feeling to it. However, appointments feel rushed and one of the front desk ladies is pushy and borderline rude sometimes. Doctor Brodie seems to rush my appointments and disregards my concerns as insignificant problems such as not cleaning my contacts or just the environment being dry. It's demeaning. But I can't go anywhere else right now because it's the only place that's covered by my insurance, so I'm kind of stuck. The glasses repair staff are nice and patient, but it's the doctor and receptionists I take issue with. I recommend going somewhere else if your insurance covers it.
