Went in looking to buy a toyota yaris. I went the first night gave them all of me information as they told me they would have an answer for me the following morning. The second day I go in and they haven't done anything. I told them what had happened and it was as if their representative didn't even recognize me. He, for the second time recorded my information and said he would submit it. He had me waiting there about two hours when the representative told me that he would call me back and that i should leave. Did I ever receive a call? No I did not. I had to call back and the representative told me that I had to choose another car because the car I was interested in was no longer available. I mean, just tell me upfront, the truth. Don't have me running in circles for days wasting my time. Ridiculous, and they pride themselves on customer services. more

Best advice...STAY AWAY!!! I agree, I would give zero stars if allowed. I purchased a BMW 325i for approximately $6,500. THEN I had to put $3,700 into it when I took it in for service. I contacted the guys at the Sharpest Rides and they said they would look into it and have the manager give me a call. Imagine this, I never received a call so I called again and I received the same lip service...they would have the manager give me a call. Needless to say, they never called, however, I do serve with the US Military so I see a great number of people coming into the Denver area. I have made it a point to make sure I remember to tell everyone to STAY AWAY!!! Someone asked how there could be any positive comments, I think the positive comments come from the guys actually logging in and making comments they want people to read. If you want to throw your money away, give it to the homeless shelters, animal shelters, panhandlers, anything just do not throw it away to The Sharpest Rides. more

My father, my brother and I bought a vehicles from this lot and i thought I was getting a good deal...well thats not the case. Two weeks after i purchased a car it was leaking. So i took it to my mechanic and had him take a look at it. He called me next day and told me i would need a whole new engine. After all this i called sharpest rides and told them that my mechanic said whoever had sold me the car knew that the motor was bad. They tried to make it right at first....i took the car in and they ''said'' they would start working on it asap. Then they called me and told me it would be two weeks til its done. Two weeks passed and then they said another week and a half.....that time passed and they said oh well another week. At this point it was around christmas....my gf and i couldnt go see her family cause we had no car. they called two days after christmas and said the 2nd of the new year. Well today is the 2nd and i called and i still have to wait a few more days. Honestly my patience is gone and im done with them. Im calling the BBB cause they said i should be greatful for the fact that they are fixing it....they didnt even know what they are fixing....one guy said the engine and another said the gasgets. Well i can tell you this DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! These people had the chance to make it right and all they are doing is giving me the run around cause they arent making any money and cause they are fixing their mistake. My brother also had problems with his car shortly after getting it! more

My wife and I went to Sharpest Rides looking for a car for her on a Saturday. The salesman that greeted us was courteous and helpful. My wife picked out a Volvo S80 and took it for a test drive. It was just what she wanted. The finance manager John was very straight forward and explained the process and answered all our questions. more
