NO STARS GIVEN.......RUN, DO NOT WALK, away from this place. After spending tens of thousands of dollars over many years on medications, my sister purchased a very expensive, adjustable chair similiar to a hospital bed. The chair did not operate properly from the beginning and the store sent a service man to repair it. It still did not work properly. The next day my sister passed away. This company has absolutely NO compassion and refused to take the chair back, even while charging a large "re-stocking" fee as it was ordered from their catalog. We even asked if they would re-sell it and keep a large percentage of the money. This is the worst case of poor customer service my family has ever encountered. DO NOT EVER USE THIS BUSINESS.
