We were moving about a year ago and we rented a truck from them. They overcharged us to begin with, then refunded the wrong amount back. When we went back to return the truck, nobody was there! We waited an hour before someone finally came and opened the place. They did offer an apology, and took forever in going through the process. We were set back almost an hour and a half, and that's not time you can spare when you are moving!

When I needed to get a car rented qucikly, Advantage really stepped up to the plate. I was having work done on my van at Midas (which is right next door) and I needed to rent a car immediately because Midas couldn't figure out how to do my brakes, and failed to deliver the car on time. Advantage knew that I was in a hurry to pick up my kids from school, did what they had to do, very quickly and got me out the door in the least amount of time possible!
WAY BETTER service than the bigger boys like enterprise.

Tim, the owner, is great and if they can do your repair, I'd let them because they do the job right! the first time!

As far as service goes -It's hit and miss, but generally it's pretty good! It can get busy there, so get there early, or be prepared to wait.

The upside is that the customer service has improved and is a lot better than it used to be.. but I'd rather have the better food, and larger portions back!

I used to go to Hollywood video only for a long time - that was until I heard about Blockbuster coming out with their online video rentals I quickly made the switch. Now I get unlimted movies for $16/month, instead of paying 16 for 3 or 4 movies!
Now I get two free video or game rentals a month with my online subscription so once a month I go into the store and rent two video games. They always have games that my kids want and you can keep them for fourteen days without any late fees.
Customer service has been great and the store is clean and organized.

Trader Joe's is just awesome. When you are looking for Gourmet style & healthy food, this is the place!
They have a great selection of wine (both expensive and inexpensive). While the products are of the Gourmet style, the prices aren't outrageously priced like you might think.
The only thing that I dont like is getting thru and checking out. It's very small and usually crowded.

When we had some questions a few days later about food/feeding, they had the answers, and were more than happy to take the time to answer them!
The prices are great and I highly recommend them!

If you need a new dentist, don't bother with this place! They are Ok for basic dental work like cleanings, but they are just awful when it comes to the more complicated tasks like crowns and root canals. We had to switch dentists because they just couldn't seem to get a crown put on right.
Watch out because even though they can't seem to perform these services, over-recommended services seem to be the phrase that pays over there!
