tennesee bbq 9/1/2006

This is really good BBQ and the prices are decent. My DH and I split a pound of brisket and it is very tasty. It comes with buns or rolls. The BBQ sauce is really good; you can choose from three kinds. They do cater. There are free refills on your drink. This is a casual place. There is plenty of parking. more

something diffrent to enjoy 8/5/2005

Fun place when you don’t want anything fancy. With there barrels of B-B-Q sauce and paper towel rolls for napkins it is a fun stop. Great food for not that much money and there combo family feast will keep everyone happy. I just love there pork pull apart sandwich and the b-b-q chicken is just great. more

Great Sides to go with Ribs 7/3/2005

This is a fun place to eat at. The environment is reminiscent of an old roadside barbeque joint. There are a few varieties of ribs and a few varieties of pulled pork/chicken. The menu of sides is southern style. I like the collard greens, which are hard to find at any restaurants in Metrowest. I also think the cornbread is good, the homestyle beans etc. You get your meal on paper and plastic on a tray. There are big cannisters of different sauces to try out. Napkins exist in the form of papertowel that gets pulled off a large roll. this place is just a few minutes from the cinema. The food comes fast and hot. You can order combination platters or even large style family dinners. You can also have these folks cater your party, in essence try it before you buy it. You can watch the cooking and smell what's cooking from outdoors. It's an interesting place to be sitting in the midst of the dense shopping metropolis of Framingham / Natick. If you don't look out the window you can almost forget you're surrounded by miles of mall. Oh there's french fries and sweet potatoe as well. As there's not much barbeque in greater Boston, this is a real plus. It's not really expensive either. Check it out. more
