Best group of people to work with 11/16/2010

I brought my MP3 in to get serviced and they did an excellent job. Jimmy the service manager was so nice and helpful. Danny in parts was able to get my order in really quick and all together i had a great experience. Ive been to other shops and i just didnt get the laid back atmosphere and friendly vibe that i get here. I continue to come back when ever i need anything. more

Good service, but bikes cost too much 7/16/2010

Service Department is outstanding. You pay a high price, but you get what you pay for. Parts are expensive, but they have a lot in stock. However their prices on motorcycles are insanely high. They charge MSRP or more. I don't buy a bike from them. more

Knowledgeable parts sales staff, HIGH prices on Bikes 2/18/2010

The parts and accessories department has great customer service. One associate, Danny, an older gentleman with shoulder length black hair, was very knowledgeable and willing to help. Steve, a salesman, is a much younger individual. Their prices for new bikes are ridiculously high. Their company motto is "we're a community store, so we like to take care of our own people." However, their prices were ridiculously high! more

Tried to rip me off! 9/18/2006

manager and finance officer tried to charge me $75 for a extended warantee transfer fee for a bike . I thought it was strange so I called Honda and they said there is NO FEE for warantee name transfer. I confronted them and they said ""shouldn't I the finance officer get paid for what working?"" I told them they made up a fantasy price and told me it was a transfer fee, trying to make it seem like if i didn't transfer the name it honda wouldn't cover anything. Truth is, Honda will cover a bike regardless of change of ownership. Buyers beware!!!! They will try to rip you off. It comes from the top down. Their owner/manager were standing there together trying to convince me of why they tried to rip me off. Luckily I caught them, now I'm trying to warn others... Pros: closest dealer in the area Cons: they try to rip you off! more

Friendly and Willing to Deal 6/12/2002

I've bought a motorcycle, a quad, and a trailer from Temple City, the sales staff is knowledgeable and are willing to deal. They have a large selection of parts and a huge selection of off-road riding gear. The service department is professional and timely. more
