Tangerine Salon & Day Spa

WORST spa experience in my life. i normally don't write reviews but this place was so awful that i would not want to wish this experience on anyone else. went there to redeem a groupon, which was a gift. got a mani... it was painful to see the result. i have polish bleeding into my skin and it's already chipping away. clearly she can't stay ""in the lines."" the massage was the only redeeming part of my day... brittany is wonderful! now for the worst part.. please don't even THINK about getting your haircut here!!! she just cut a few inches off, which would've been fine had it been EVEN. there are parts of my hair that weren't even trimmed. she just went through it in less than 5 minutes and didn't even check to make sure both sides were the same length. then i wanted my bangs trimmed, she cut it crookedly! on top of that, she was rude and condescending, talking to me as if i was a child who had never had a haircut before. HOW WAS SHE HIRED?! i hope this place closes down... we left INFURIATED. SUCH a waste of money. more

Used the $150 coupon in the clipper magazine and the treatment is a wash out kind that DOES NOT WORK. So, after you spend the 4 days of dirty hair and hard earned money you will get the same hair that you started with. Keritan needs to be sealed in with heat so it does NOT get washed out before drying and ironing. Check this out before you spend the money. Oh, yes, try getting anyone to call you back, we had to trick them into getting on the phone. If I could go zero stars, I would. more

I was excited when I got this great deal on GROUPON, $130 of services for $50! Unfortunately that is how much the service was worth. Although my massage therapist was nice she seemed to be inexperienced. How shock I was to find out she has been doing massages since 2008. My hot stone massage was $145 (90 min) and after receiving the treatment I thought this was extremely high. Especially since Virtua center is close by and offers a better experience. The therapist did not apply enough pressure. I felt she was just lotioning me down with hot stones. When I asked her to apply more she made up some excuse about not being able to gauge the pressure when using the stones. This is the first massage I ever had in which I was happy to see the 90 minutes come to an end. I am a spa connoisseur and this truly was the worst. But I was still nice enough to leave a $15 tip. more

HORRIBLE!!!!!! was just in this past weekend I feel there are inexperienced, poorly managed, and not going to last long. they should be reported..... Spa it is not, I heard everything going on during my massage, the girl must have been new or needs to get another profession. The person at the front desk was not very friendly. I have been going on and off to a lot of places and this one is by far the worst in south new jersey... more

Please Do not go to this establishment, I would not call it a salon at all. Its more of a joke. No one returns your calls, the appointments are catered to if they have staff to preform them. The atmosphere is cold, and morbid. I feel it is dirty and UN-kept. Read the reviews before going if you can. It will make you think twice. I believe now that they are all true!!! more

Just had Keratin Treatment done there and I love it!!I never had it done before and Everyone was so thoughtful and answered all my questions! And best part - it only took a little over an hour and I didn't have to leave with any product in my hair, my friends told me that other places they had it done, they had to leave with it in their hair for two days. it was only $150 with the $100 off special!! Thank you so much it looks awesome! more

I have been getting facials there since they opened and I love it. Worth every penny! Glass finger and volcanic ash clay facials are a must try! more

I lived in Washington Township all my life and have probably been to every salon here. I had heard that a new salon opened and had been meaning to check it out. I am so glad I did! Stylist are very experienced and knowledgeable without a snobby attitude. I left with exactly what I asked for and in less time. Thank you Randi! I will be back and will let my friends know, too!! Pros: Beautiful salon with friendly and knlowledgable staff!! Cons: none more
