I've had taco casa ever since I was a little kid, but since it recently changed owners it's not so great anymore. The meat is low quality, and the tacos are sometimes kind of slopped together. I like it for a local place, it's better than taco bell, but other than that it's not so great. Many of my friends work there and I enjoy talking to them. I also like supporting local businesses instead of chains, so this helps. Just OK.
