This is why used car dealers get such a bad reputation. Like the phony Country song title, ""She Was Only The Used Car Salesman's Daughter...But She Knew Lots"" Texas Nissan uses...

I left my toll tag in my old car and a very wonderful “loyalty manager” named Ashley Alber went out in the snow and found it and mailed it to me. I appreciated that very much!!! more

Wonderful Service! 3/3/2011

The Finance Manager was polite and fair while working with us on receiving the best finance rate and the process was as short as possible. The sales guys were knowledgeable and respectful. Very satisfied with the service I received! more

Excellent dealer! I appreciate they knowledge of the car and the business. My salesman knew what he was doing and was very friendly. Also, the managers made it a point to come and greet us whether we needed help or not. Great customer service at this place, great customer value! more

Bought the 2010 Nissan 370Z from Sean couple of weeks ago at Texas Nissan of Grapevine and I’m still a satisfied customer. They still keep in touch with me even after my purchase to see if everything’s ok. Now that’s what I called great customer service! more

I had a marvelous time test driving different types of car at Texas Nissan of Grapevine! Big thanks to Johnny Martin, Pre-Owned Sales Manager, for being patience and letting me test drive all day in peace without being pushy and pressuring me to buy. I appreciate that! After spending pretty much the entire day there, I finally purchase the new 2010 Nissan 370Z Touring Convertible! What a sexy sexy car! Financing process was quick & hassle-free. Entire teams were helpful and accompanied me greatly! So yeah, I recommend this place and Johnny Martin, the man knows his stuff! more

Easy and painless service department 8/9/2010

I have been services my car at Texas Nissan in Grapevine for two years now and every visit has been easy and painless. The service department is wonderful in making out Nissan run like new. The price is average but it is fast and reliable place to take you car. They are sure to explain what each service entails and what exactly has been done and what will need to be done in the future. It is a lot to say good things about a dealership service department due to their reputation but I can truly tell you that I was impressed. Thank you so much team and I will see you next time! more
