We tried Dr. Sullivan and were surprised by her inability to follow basic recommendations for adequate care. She seems friendly, but she is, plainly, incompetent. more

My children have seen another physician at this practice for many years. We are very fond of him and continue to see him even though the office staff can lack friendliness and helpfulness. However, this year I decided my daughter needed to start seeing a female doctor, so we switched to Dr. Sullivan. Bad idea. We waited an inordinate amount of time to see her late in the afternoon. She seemed very rushed, and weighed and measured my daughter--nothing else. No blood work (which we are used to having done annually and no immunization update (which I believed was needed based on the standard schedule.) Not only that, but when we left and were given the annual physical paperwork it was just a reprint of the 2009 report, including the electronic signature of the doctor who performed the exam last year. I am wondering why we even bothered. I am very disappointed, and am now faced with having to take time of work to have another office visit to do what should have been done the first time. more

This is an excellent practice! All doctors, no nurses..very hands on. Dr. Scott Schluter is amazing!! He has a calm and serene way about himself. My children love to see him even when they are really ill. Dr. Schluter sees everyone as individual . He is also very good about connecting parents with outside specialists. more

I love Dr. Maura Sullivan who works at Pediatricians Inc. She's a very caring doctor. She always takes the time to answer all my questions without feeling rushed. I've called on the phone many times and she'll talk with you about your problem. She'll either diagnose or tell you to come in, which I think it great. They have a lab right in the office. She's also down to earth with kids herself, so she knows what you are going through. Conveniently located too. All of the other doctors who cover for her are great also. more

I have been taking both of my children here for their pediatric services since they were born. I have found them to be highly professional, caring, and very good with children. I would recommend Dr Fortin or Dr. Sullivan as they have both treated my children and done an outstanding job. It is a busy practice so waits can be long in the height of cold and flu season, especially. On an up note, they are very good about taking calls or returning the promptly with questions from parents. more
