DO NOT recommend your hire for property management. We didn't receive our rental income in a timely fashion, never received rental statements. Additionally the house they managed for us was fairly new and all of a sudden started to receive bills for repairs but they never sent proof of receipts. We stopped doing biz with them and now I'm trying to get my 1099 for 2012. I've asked they email it. more

DO NOT Rent from these people. I rented a house that they tried to ""flip"" before they listed it for rent. They used substandard paint and equipment to repair the home. They sent a ""handyman"" out to replace broken appliances, heaters, water heaters, etc. and I do not believe he has the proper license as a plummer to do this work. It would take him several different visits to fix one problem resulting in me loosing time from work.\r Upon move out I cleaned the house (it was dirty when I moved in) but did not clean up the back yard. They kept my full deposit sending a list of riduculous so- called repairs they made. When I asked Mrs. Ochoa for copies of the receipts, I never heard from them again. I do not feel this company is ethical or honest and would not recommend them as realtors or land lords. more
