When we decided to refinance our home, we called Sarah Thomas with Sqaure One Mortgage in McKinney, TX. She rarely returned our phone calls so we would have to call her continuously. She finally told us to send her our information, which we promptly did, via email. She responded that she had received the email, but we did not hear from her for a week. We once again called Sarah, and she said that she never received the email. I forwarded her what I had sent before, but never heard from her again.
