I'm lucky to live within a 15 minute drive of Springdal Farm Market. I usually visit their unique family farm market 20+ times a year to shop. I take my child there often to see the flowers growing in the plant yard and to understand that the plants that produce food grow on a farm and not in a supermarket. They are a friendly family business and have many interactive activities for children throughout the year. This past Fall, we enjoyed their hay rides/corn maze/pumpkin picking. Go there in the Spring/Summer for the best selection of flowers, herbs and fresh produce. more

I have been going to this Family owned farmers market for years now. My children love to go as a family or on a school trip . You can buy fresh good which may seem a little pricey but with the trend of family farms closing down i am happy to pay a little more to know this wonderful working farm is close by . The hay ride you can take is fun and educational as they point out the crops and what is growing and explain any tools etc that may be around. a great all around place ! more

I remember going to springdale farmers market when i was a kid. They were much smaller then but even though they have expanded a lot their quaility of goods are still wonderful. They have gone up in price for most of their goods so plan to bring lots of money! Kids will love the hayrides in the fall and all the pumpkins they have to offer! The Country store is really neat! they have all sorts of things in there. We especially like their apple cider donuts and cookies as well as their pies! For a taste of a more updated modern farm market this is the place to go! Always very clean and staff is friendly! more

When you have a lazy Saturday and want to do something local this is an excellent place to go, especially in the fall for the hay ride and pumpkin patch. They have a charming grocer and nursery inside where you can buy there products. They also sell alot of local products like candles, jellies, honey and others. Bring your kids, and bring cash they are not cheap, but it's worth it . more

Although kind of price for a farm market, this place is really nice. The produce they sell is not all grown on there farm(or in NJ for that matter), but it is all very fresh. They also have a cute little country store with gift items or things for your garden. They also have pumpkin picking hayrides and are very popular for their pie of the month. If you don't mind spending a little more at a produce stand, then this place is worth checking out. more
